An exhibitor’s caravan park is available free of charge and is located adjacent to the event site near Gate 5 (see main map).

  • Please note all sites are unpowered.
  • You may bring your own muffled generator but must remain considerate of your neighbours by turning generators off by 10pm.
  • Bookings are limited and allocated on a first come basis. 
  • Exhibitors are not permitted to sleep on site at any time throughout or in the lead up to the event.
  • All accommodation caravans and campers MUST be parked in the exhibitors caravan park.
  • Any exhibitors found to be sleeping on site will be subject to site cancellation and future applications may be rejected.
