Dowerin Events Management Inc trading as Dowerin Machinery Field Days (“DMFD” or “we”) is committed to protecting and safeguarding your privacy and personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to any kind of information we collect through our website, online platforms including social media and our event partners’ and sponsors’ websites or by any other means.

1. What kind of personal information does DMFD collect and hold?

The type of personal information we collect from you will vary depending upon our interaction with you but may include the following:

  • transaction details relating to any purchase made with us or that have been made on your behalf

  • make a purchase including purchasing tickets to our events or applying to exhibit at any of our events

DMFD may collect personal information about you from our event partners and participants, third party suppliers and contractors and our related companies.

DMFD collects your personal information for the primary purpose of delivering the Dowerin Machinery Field Days event, including for sponsorship and marketing purposes. DMFD may also use your personal information for ancillary purposes closely related to the Field Days event.

When we collect personal information we will, where appropriate and possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it

DMFD will not disclosure your personal information for another purpose unless you have consented to the disclosure in the normal course of the goods or services we are providing to you.

DMFD may disclose your personal information:

  • to third parties including our event partners, participants or sponsors, in which case we will require them to disclose and use your personal information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed
