All personnel involved in bump in and bump out must complete the mandatory online site induction prior to arrival on site.

Under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 (WA), Dowerin Events Management Inc. has a duty to ensure, as far as is reasonably practicable, that the Event Site is free from risks to the health and safety of all Exhibitors, Workers, and the General Public.
Who needs to complete the induction?
All Workers, including Exhibitor Staff, Volunteers, Contractors, and Suppliers who will be setting up or packing down during bump in or bump out must complete the induction.
If your staff only attend during public event hours –
Wednesday 27 August (8:00am – 5:30pm) and Thursday 28 August (8:00am – 4:00pm) – they do not need to complete the induction.
How to complete the induction:
You must create a new account and password for 2025.
Previous years' logins and inductions are not valid. This is not your DMFD account login.
On Desktop:
- Visit the induction link.
- Click ‘First time here? Click Here To Register’ (in blue).
- Follow the prompts to create your account and complete the induction.
On Mobile:
- Download the OnlineInduction.com app.
- Search for dowerinfielddays.
- Create your account and complete the induction through the app.
Induction Completion
Once completed, each person will receive a digital (and printable) Induction Card with a unique QR code. This must be presented to Event Staff to gain entry to the site during bump in or bump out.
